Returns & Refunds

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund via the original payment method (Crypto or Bank Transfer).

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Note: Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
